Terms of service

These draft terms describe how the TRADILEX platform at tradilex.com is intended to operate. The operating entity, registered address and any regulatory permissions have not yet been confirmed and are deliberately not stated here.

Accounts

• You must meet the minimum age and live in a permitted country to open a real-money account.
• Demo accounts hold virtual funds with no monetary value. They can never be withdrawn or transferred to a real balance.

Trades

• A trade is accepted only when the server confirms it. The entry price, expiry time and payout rate are fixed at acceptance.
• An unsuccessful trade loses the full stake.

Real-money services

Real-money deposits and trading are currently disabled and will remain so until licensing and eligibility requirements are completed.
