Execution & settlement policy

Settlement rule version: SR-1.0. The version in force is saved with every accepted trade.

Acceptance

  • The server checks balance, instrument availability, allowed expiry, stake limits and open-trade limits.
  • Entry time is the server time truncated to the second; the entry price is the feed price at that second.
  • The stake is reserved atomically when the trade is accepted.

Settlement

  • Expiry price is the feed price at the exact expiry second, recorded on the trade.
  • UP wins if expiry > entry; DOWN wins if expiry < entry; equal prices refund the stake.
  • Settlement runs on the server, within about one minute of expiry even if your browser is closed, and each trade can be settled only once.

Price source

Demo accounts use PRACTICE-SIM-1, a deterministic simulated feed. It is not a market price. Real-money trading will use a licensed market-data provider; if quotes become stale or missing, new trades will be refused and affected trades handled under a published outage rule. Missing real prices are never replaced with simulated ones.
